Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Wash and thinly slice the potatoes.
- Pat the slices dry with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, honey, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the potato slices in the mixture until coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Remove and let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
