Description

Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the potatoes thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, hot sauce, salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Toss the potato slices in the mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Arrange the slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
