Description
Make crispy potato chips with a spicy kick using your air fryer. These hot sauce-flavored chips are easy to prepare and perfect for snacking.
Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the potatoes thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, hot sauce, salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Toss the potato slices in the mixture until evenly coated.
- Arrange the slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
- Remove and let cool before serving.
Notes
- Adjust hot sauce quantity for more or less spice.
- Thinner slices make crispier chips.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
