Description
Crispy lemon herb garlic wings made in an air fryer for a healthier twist on a classic favorite.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
- Pat wings dry with paper towels.
- Mix olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Toss wings in the mixture until evenly coated.
- Place wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for crispiness and cook 2-3 more minutes if needed.
- Serve immediately.
