Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken wings
- 1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Pat the wings dry with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, mix wings with baking powder, salt, and olive oil.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flip, then cook another 10 minutes until crispy.
- Toss wings with lemon pepper seasoning and lemon juice before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, let wings sit uncovered in the fridge for 30 minutes before cooking.
