Description
Crispy fries with a sweet and savory miso caramel glaze, cooked in an air fryer for a healthier twist.
Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, cut into fries
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp white miso paste
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the potato fries with olive oil, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Air fry the fries for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
- In a small saucepan, mix miso paste, brown sugar, soy sauce, and water. Cook over low heat until thickened.
- Toss the cooked fries with the miso caramel glaze.
- Serve immediately.
