Instructions

  1. Slice vegetables thinly using a mandoline or knife.
  2. Toss slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Remove when crispy and let cool before serving.
