Description

Ingredients
- 4 cups mixed greens (lettuce, spinach, arugula)
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup cucumber, sliced
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss the sliced onions with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Air fry the onions for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy and golden.
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber.
- Whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, and Dijon mustard for the dressing.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
- Top with the crispy air-fried onions before serving.

- For extra flavor, add crumbled feta or goat cheese.
