Description

Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken wings
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp cracked black peppercorns
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Pat dry the chicken wings with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, mix parmesan, peppercorns, garlic powder, and salt.
- Toss the wings in olive oil, then coat with the parmesan mixture.
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flip, then cook another 10-12 minutes until crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, pat the wings dry thoroughly.
- Adjust peppercorn amount for preferred spiciness.
- Check internal temperature—should reach 165°F (74°C).
