Description
Crispy chicken tenders coated with Parmesan and ranch seasoning, cooked to perfection in an air fryer for a healthier twist.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Whisk egg in another bowl.
- Dip each chicken tender in egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Lightly brush with olive oil.
- Place tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flip, and cook for another 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot.
