Description

Crispy polenta fries made in an air fryer using tubed polenta. A quick and easy snack or side dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 (18 oz) tube of pre-cooked polenta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the polenta into fry-shaped sticks.
  3. Toss the polenta fries with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
  6. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
