Description
Crispy polenta fries made in an air fryer using tubed polenta. A quick and easy snack or side dish.
Ingredients
- 1 (18 oz) tube of pre-cooked polenta
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the polenta into fry-shaped sticks.
- Toss the polenta fries with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray the fries lightly with cooking oil before air frying.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in the air fryer for 3-5 minutes to restore crispiness.
