Description
Crispy potato fries with a hint of saffron, cooked quickly in an air fryer for a delicious snack or side dish.
Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, cut into fries
- 1/2 teaspoon saffron threads
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Soak the saffron threads in 1 tablespoon of warm water for 5 minutes.
- Toss the potato fries with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Mix in the saffron water.
- Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Serve hot.
