Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a small oven-safe dish with olive oil.
- Layer chopped spinach at the bottom of the dish.
- Crack eggs over the spinach and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Place dish in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, until eggs are set and cheese is golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
