Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- Toss the potato slices with yuzu juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Arrange the slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Let cool before serving.
