Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix grated zucchini, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Form small patties with the mixture.
- Brush the patties lightly with olive oil.
- Place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 5 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
