Description

Make tender beef tips and noodles quickly with your air fryer and crockpot. This hearty dish combines savory beef with soft noodles for a satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs beef stew meat, cubed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Toss beef cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until browned.
  2. Transfer beef to crockpot. Add onion, garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and thyme.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. 30 minutes before serving, stir in uncooked egg noodles. Cover and cook until noodles are tender.
  5. If desired, mix cornstarch with 2 tbsp water and stir into the pot to thicken the sauce.
  6. Serve hot.
