Description
Make tender beef tips and noodles quickly with your air fryer and crockpot. This hearty dish combines savory beef with soft noodles for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs beef stew meat, cubed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Toss beef cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until browned.
- Transfer beef to crockpot. Add onion, garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and thyme.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- 30 minutes before serving, stir in uncooked egg noodles. Cover and cook until noodles are tender.
- If desired, mix cornstarch with 2 tbsp water and stir into the pot to thicken the sauce.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, sear beef in a skillet before air frying.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
