Description
A creamy and flavorful chicken chili made in the air fryer crockpot with cream cheese.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 packet (1 oz) taco seasoning
- 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the air fryer crockpot.
- Add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour chicken broth over the ingredients.
- Place cream cheese on top.
- Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
- Shred chicken and stir well to combine.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Shred chicken halfway through cooking for even flavor.
- Adjust spices to your preference.
- Garnish with shredded cheese, sour cream, or cilantro.
