A quick and easy crustless pizza made with cottage cheese in an air fryer. Perfect for a low-carb meal.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup sliced olives
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a greased air fryer basket or pan.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until the edges are golden.
- Spread pizza sauce over the cooked base.
- Top with bell peppers, mushrooms, and olives.
- Air fry for another 3-5 minutes until toppings are heated.
- Remove, slice, and serve.
