Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup sliced olives


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in a greased air fryer basket or pan.
  4. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until the edges are golden.
  5. Spread pizza sauce over the cooked base.
  6. Top with bell peppers, mushrooms, and olives.
  7. Air fry for another 3-5 minutes until toppings are heated.
  8. Remove, slice, and serve.
