Ingredients
- 4 cups carrots, sliced

- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, toss carrots with olive oil, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
- Place carrots in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for tenderness and cook longer if needed.
- Serve warm.
