A simple and flavorful marinade for air fryer chicken. You get tender, juicy results with minimal effort.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1.5 lbs chicken pieces
Instructions
- Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add chicken pieces to the bowl. Coat them evenly with the marinade.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Marinate longer for deeper flavor.
- Adjust cooking time based on chicken thickness.
