Description
Crispy homemade crinkle-cut fries made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Wash and peel potatoes. Cut into crinkle shapes using a crinkle cutter
- Soak cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes
- Drain and pat potatoes completely dry
- Toss with oil and seasonings
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes
- Cook fries in single layer for 15 minutes, shaking basket halfway
Notes
- Soaking removes excess starch for crispier results
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket
- Serve immediately for best texture
