Description
Make crispy homemade lentil chips in your air fryer. These chips are healthy, crunchy, and packed with protein.
Ingredients
- 1 cup dried lentils (soaked overnight)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Drain soaked lentils and pat dry.
- Toss lentils with olive oil and seasonings.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread lentils in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Soak lentils for at least 8 hours for best texture.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
