Description
Quick and tasty cheeseburger bombs made in an air fryer with garlic parmesan flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Mix ground beef, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Form small meatballs from the mixture.
- Flatten each biscuit dough piece.
- Place a meatball and some cheddar cheese in the center of each dough piece.
- Fold dough over filling and seal edges.
- Brush tops with melted butter.
- Air fry for 12 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for less grease.
- Check doneness with a meat thermometer.
- Let cool slightly before eating.
