Description
Crispy tortilla chips topped with melted cheese and your favorite toppings, made quickly in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 6 corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup guacamole
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- Cut tortillas into triangles and toss with olive oil, salt, and paprika.
- Arrange tortilla chips in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 5 minutes until crispy.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the chips.
- Top with black beans, tomatoes, and jalapeños.
- Air fry for another 2-3 minutes until cheese melts.
- Serve with sour cream and guacamole.
Notes
- Use flour tortillas for a softer texture.
- Add cooked chicken or ground beef for extra protein.
- Adjust spice level with more or fewer jalapeños.
