Description
Crispy diamond-cut root vegetable chips made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 large carrots
- 2 medium parsnips
- 1 large beet
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Wash and peel all vegetables.
- Cut vegetables into thin diamond shapes using a sharp knife.
- Toss vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Arrange vegetables in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Remove when crispy and let cool before serving.
Notes
- Slice vegetables uniformly for even cooking.
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
