Description

Crispy diamond-cut root vegetable chips made easily in your air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 large carrots
  • 2 medium parsnips
  • 1 large beet
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Wash and peel all vegetables.
  2. Cut vegetables into thin diamond shapes using a sharp knife.
  3. Toss vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Arrange vegetables in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  7. Remove when crispy and let cool before serving.
