Description
Crispy and tangy dill pickle fries made in your air fryer for a quick and delicious snack.
Ingredients
- 2 cups dill pickle spears, sliced into fries
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the pickle fries dry with a paper towel.
- Dredge each pickle fry in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the coated pickle fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
