A simple and delicious air fryer recipe for cauliflower coated in garlic and parmesan.
Ingredients
- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until cauliflower is tender and golden.
- Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and dried parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Use freshly grated parmesan for the best flavor.
