Description
A quick and easy cheesy beef and noodles dish made in an air fryer or crockpot.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef with onion and garlic in a skillet over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat.
- In a crockpot, combine cooked beef, uncooked noodles, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
- Stir in shredded cheese until melted.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For air fryer method, cook at 350°F for 20 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Add more broth if noodles appear dry.
- Substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
