Description
Crispy and flavorful Greek lemon potatoes made easily in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss potato wedges with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
- Add broth and cook for another 10 minutes or until crispy.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, let potatoes sit in the air fryer for 5 minutes after cooking.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
