A quick and flavorful chicken dish with crispy skin, creamy feta, and spicy honey glaze.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Rub chicken thighs with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken in air fryer basket skin-side down. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Flip chicken and cook for another 8 minutes.
- Mix honey and hot sauce in a small bowl.
- Brush chicken with honey mixture and sprinkle feta on top.
- Cook for 2 more minutes until cheese softens.
- Serve immediately.

- Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches 165°F internally.
- Adjust hot sauce amount for preferred spice level.
