Description
Easy keto salmon patties seasoned with herbs, cooked in an air fryer for a crispy texture.
Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh salmon, skin removed
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Chop salmon into small pieces.
- Mix salmon with egg, almond flour, dill, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
- Brush patties with olive oil.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place patties in air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8 minutes, flip, then cook for another 6 minutes.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use fresh salmon for best texture.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
