Description

Easy keto salmon patties seasoned with herbs, cooked in an air fryer for a crispy texture.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh salmon, skin removed
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Chop salmon into small pieces.
  2. Mix salmon with egg, almond flour, dill, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
  4. Brush patties with olive oil.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Place patties in air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 8 minutes, flip, then cook for another 6 minutes.
  8. Serve warm.
