Description
Quick and easy mini cheese balls made in the air fryer. Perfect for snacks or appetizers.
Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Mix shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1-inch in diameter.
- Dip each ball into the beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the cheese balls in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use parchment paper in the air fryer for easy cleanup.
- Let the cheese mixture chill in the fridge for 15 minutes if it’s too soft to handle.
- Serve with marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
