Description

Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into wedges.
- Toss wedges with olive oil.
- Mix Parmesan, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat wedges evenly with the seasoning mix.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
