Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
  2. Add chicken pieces and coat evenly. Marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  4. Toss chicken with cornstarch and vegetable oil.
  5. Place chicken in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds and cook for 2 more minutes.
  8. Serve hot.
