Description
Make crispy sesame chicken quickly using your air fryer. This dish is flavorful and easy to prepare.
Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
- Add chicken pieces and coat evenly. Marinate for 15 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Toss chicken with cornstarch and vegetable oil.
- Place chicken in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Serve hot.
