Description

A quick and easy air fryer shrimp fajita wrap with fresh vegetables and spices. Perfect for a healthy and flavorful meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro (optional)
  • Lime wedges (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss shrimp, bell pepper, and onion with olive oil and spices.
  3. Place shrimp and vegetables in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6-8 minutes, shaking halfway.
  4. Warm tortillas in the air fryer for 30 seconds.
