A quick and easy air fryer shrimp fajita wrap with fresh vegetables and spices. Perfect for a healthy and flavorful meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro (optional)
- Lime wedges (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, toss shrimp, bell pepper, and onion with olive oil and spices.
- Place shrimp and vegetables in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6-8 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Warm tortillas in the air fryer for 30 seconds.
- Divide shrimp mixture evenly among tortillas. Top with cilantro and lime if desired.
- Fold tortillas into wraps and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce.
- Swap shrimp for chicken if preferred.
