Description
Make crispy, flavorful soy garlic chicken thighs in your air fryer with minimal effort.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, garlic, honey, sesame oil, black pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
- Coat chicken thighs evenly with the marinade.
- Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, skin-side down.
- Cook for 10 minutes, then flip and cook another 8-10 minutes until crispy and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Rest for 3 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Pat chicken dry before marinating for crispier skin.
- Adjust cook time based on air fryer model and chicken thickness.
- Double the marinade for extra sauce.
