Description
Make a delicious Philly cheesesteak quickly using your air fryer. This recipe delivers tender meat, melted cheese, and soft bread with minimal effort.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C)
- Toss steak slices with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
- Air fry steak for 5 minutes
- Add peppers and onions, cook for 3 more minutes
- Divide mixture among hoagie rolls
- Top each with 2 cheese slices
- Return to air fryer for 1 minute to melt cheese
- Serve immediately
Notes
- Freeze steak for 30 minutes before slicing for easier cutting
- Use paper towels to pat steak dry before seasoning
