Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup enchilada sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken, let it rest for 5 minutes, then shred it.
- Mix the shredded chicken with enchilada sauce.
- Lay out the tortillas and divide the chicken mixture evenly among them.
- Sprinkle cheese, onions, and bell peppers over the chicken.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and brush with olive oil.
- Place the wraps in the air fryer and cook for 4-5 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with extra enchilada sauce if desired.

- Use corn tortillas for a gluten-free option.
- Add black beans or corn for extra texture.
