A quick and easy breakfast sandwich made with an English muffin, egg, and cheese using an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 English muffin
- 1 egg
- 1 slice of cheese
- 1 slice of ham (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Split the English muffin and place it in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 2 minutes until lightly toasted.
- Crack the egg into a small ramekin or silicone mold and place it in the air fryer.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until the egg is set.
- Assemble the sandwich with the egg, cheese, and ham (if using) between the muffin halves.
