Ingredients
- 1 cup bell peppers (mixed colors), thinly sliced
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix bell peppers, mozzarella, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the beaten egg and olive oil, then stir until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small sticks or logs.
- Place the sticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
