Description
A simple and quick way to prepare fish roe (caviar) using an air fryer for a crispy texture.
Ingredients
- 200g fish roe (caviar)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Rinse the fish roe gently and pat dry with a paper towel.
- Toss the roe with olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Place the roe in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
