Description
Crispy air fryer fish tacos with fresh toppings. Quick, easy, and full of flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 lb white fish fillets (cod or tilapia)
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp water
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Mix panko, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Whisk egg and water in another bowl.
- Dip fish fillets in egg, then coat with breadcrumb mix.
- Place fish in air fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
- Assemble tacos with fish, cabbage, tomatoes, cilantro, sour cream, and lime.
Notes
- Use fresh fish for best texture.
- Adjust spice level with more or less paprika.
- Serve immediately for maximum crispiness.
