Ingredients

  • 1 lb white fish fillets (cod or tilapia)
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 1/4 cup sour cream


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Mix panko, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Whisk egg and water in another bowl.
  4. Dip fish fillets in egg, then coat with breadcrumb mix.
  5. Place fish in air fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
