Description
Quick and easy breakfast burritos prepped in advance and cooked in the air fryer for a fast morning meal.
Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 4 eggs, scrambled
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked black beans
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup cooked sausage or bacon (optional)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Scramble eggs and cook any optional meat.
- Mix all filling ingredients in a bowl.
- Spoon filling onto tortillas and roll into burritos.
- Wrap each burrito in foil and freeze.
- When ready to eat, remove foil and place burrito in air fryer.
- Cook at 360°F for 3 minutes or until heated through.
Notes
- Store frozen burritos for up to 1 month.
- Adjust fillings to your preference.
- Spray air fryer basket lightly with oil to prevent sticking.
