Description
A simple and healthy way to prepare crispy fries using an air fryer. Perfect for meal prep.
Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and cut the potatoes into thin strips.
- Soak the potato strips in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
- Drain and pat dry the potatoes thoroughly.
- Toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove and let cool before storing in meal prep boxes.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Store in airtight containers for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in the air fryer for 3-5 minutes before serving.
