Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss potato wedges with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Place wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy and golden.
- Mix buffalo sauce and melted butter in a bowl.
- Toss cooked wedges in the buffalo sauce mixture.
- Serve immediately.
