Description
Crispy and flavorful asparagus cooked in an air fryer with garlic butter.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch of asparagus (about 1 lb)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Trim the woody ends off the asparagus.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Toss the asparagus in the garlic butter mixture until evenly coated.
- Place the asparagus in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes, shaking halfway, until tender and slightly crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking.
- Adjust cooking time based on asparagus thickness.
