Description
Crispy chicken bites coated in garlic butter, cooked quickly in an air fryer for a delicious and easy meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder.
- Toss chicken pieces in the garlic butter mixture until evenly coated.
- Lightly grease the air fryer basket with olive oil.
- Place chicken bites in the air fryer in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for doneness (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
- Serve hot.
