Ingredients
- 2 cod fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp parsley, chopped
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Brush the butter mixture evenly over both sides of the cod fillets.
- Place the fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until the cod flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately.
