Description
A quick and flavorful fish bowl made with garlic butter sauce, cooked in an air fryer for a crispy finish.
Ingredients
- 2 fish fillets (white fish like cod or tilapia)
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup steamed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, or your choice)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
- Coat the fish fillets evenly with the garlic butter mixture.
- Place the fish in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve the fish over cooked rice with steamed vegetables.
- Drizzle any remaining garlic butter sauce on top.
