Description

A quick and delicious salmon dish cooked in an air fryer with garlic butter, spinach, and mushrooms in a creamy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter and minced garlic.
  3. Brush the salmon fillets with the garlic butter mixture.
  4. Place the salmon in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes.
  5. While salmon cooks, sauté spinach and mushrooms in a pan over medium heat for 3 minutes.
  6. Add heavy cream, salt, pepper, and thyme to the pan. Stir and simmer for 2 minutes.
  7. Remove salmon from the air fryer and serve with the creamy spinach and mushroom sauce.
