Description
A quick and delicious salmon dish cooked in an air fryer with garlic butter, spinach, and mushrooms in a creamy sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix melted butter and minced garlic.
- Brush the salmon fillets with the garlic butter mixture.
- Place the salmon in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes.
- While salmon cooks, sauté spinach and mushrooms in a pan over medium heat for 3 minutes.
- Add heavy cream, salt, pepper, and thyme to the pan. Stir and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Remove salmon from the air fryer and serve with the creamy spinach and mushroom sauce.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the salmon.
- Substitute heavy cream with coconut milk for a dairy-free option.
