Description
Crispy and tender scallops cooked in an air fryer with rich garlic butter.
Ingredients
- 12 large scallops
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the scallops dry with a paper towel.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Toss scallops in the garlic butter mixture.
- Place scallops in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh scallops for the best texture.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer.
- Check scallops at the 6-minute mark to avoid overcooking.
